AAA Four Diamond Sassi is offering a special three-course menu for $35 or three-courses with two Italian wines for $49 featuring local squash and tomato Carpaccio with Parmigiano and Queen Creek Olive Oil to start off. Then the main course will be Bistecca Pizzaola – Grilled Ribeye “pizza maker style” with oven roasted tomatoes and smoked Mozzarella. The meal ends with Espresso Granita with whipped cream and pine nut biscotti.

Sassi restaurant dining hours are 5:30 to 9 p.m., open Tuesday through Saturday during the summer.
