SASSI features “Sagra Ingredient” in Summer Menu

Beginning June 27th, SASSI will launch a new concept called the “Sagra Ingredient.”
In Italy, “sagra” means a “celebration of the bounties of the earth.” In Scottsdale, SASSI celebrates summer with the debut of a new menu items that features a new Italian ingredient prepared in a variety of ways. The first “Sagra” ingredient, beginning June 27 is wild Pacific salmon, followed every two weeks by a new ingredient.
