Enjoy a Southern-style brunch featuring jumbo lump crab cakes, biscuits with country ham, bread pudding French toast, chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, grilled skirt steak, Kentucky Derby hot browns, red velvet cake, chocolate pecan pie, bourbon bread pudding and much more.  On Bourbon Steak’s patio and lawn, guests will enjoy complimentary classic mint juleps, bourbon tastings, live music, horseshoes and photos in the "Winner’s Circle" with Santana, a beautiful, rescued thoroughbred from the Arizona Equine Association.
