Pat Duncan of Duncan's Farm will be hosting ZuZu's April 30th Monday Night Chef’s Tables event,"Farmer in the House." Duncan is known for growing heirlooms in surprising colors, shapes and sizes.
The night's menu, complements of Franciscan Estate wine, is as follows:
Chili Seared Scallop - Caramelized zefa fennel, spring peas + tangerine butter, Sauvignon Blanc 2010
Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad - Arugula, heirloom tomatoes + basil vinaigrette, Chardonnay, Carneros Estate 2010
Grilled Venison Loin - Purple potato puree, roasted baby carrots, stewed lincoln leeks + danjou pear jus, Merlot 2008, Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
