Celebrate on Saturday, May 5, the coming together of two southern celebrations to formulate what the host, Turf Paradise, calls Cinco de Derby: Kentucky Derby Day and Cinco de Mayo!

Cinco de Derby will bring out the best in southern fashion (clothes plus hats, ladies!) by holding cash-prize contests, but it will also give families the opportunity to bond at the park that will have pony riding, face painting and more! 

Longing for a classic southern drink? How about a mint julep? It will be sold for $6.50 along with other food items at trackside food and drink venues. 

Derby fans will get to wager all day on the horses for both the Turf Paradise derby and the Kentucky Derby. 

The grandstand admission is only $5, and the first 3,500 to pay admission will receive a Kentucky Derby commerative glass!
