INFO:             On Monday, March 11th guests are invited to the Boulders, A Waldorf Astoria Resort for a wine dinner event featuring pairings from one of the most respected cellars in Napa Valley. The dinner includes a four course meal by Executive Chef, Michel Pieton paired with wines by Swanson Vineyards. Menu items include:

• Hors d’Oeuvres paired with 2010 Pinot Grigio, Napa Valley
• Maine Lobster Salad served with Heirloom Tomato, Shaved Fennel, Little Gem Lettuce, and Lobster Vinaigrette paired with 2011 Chardonnay, Napa Valley
• Confit of Duck with wild mushrooms, shallots, flageolet beans, bacon and huckleberry sauce paired with 2009 Merlot Napa Valley
• Pepper Crusted Kobe Flat Iron Steak served with peppers and eggplant, gorgonzola cheese, country ham tart, and a Alexis Cabernet Sauvignon reduction with basil paired with 2008 Alexis Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
• Blood Orange Soufflé with Grand Marnier Crème Anglaise paired with 2007 Tardiff, Napa Valley
