The living room is the epitome of warmth, making guests feel at home—perhaps near the cozy fireplace?—thanks to a neutral palette with touches of blue. “The limestone fireplace and all the custom finishes bring charm to the house,” Stockfisch says. The French-inspired space is rounded out with wide-plank ash wood floors and a beautiful, yet subdued, chandelier.
OUTDOOR LIVING AREA
The McCormick Ranch home had been abandoned for nearly a year when Stockfisch got her hands on it, and its neglect was most obvious on the outside. “The yard was so overgrown,” she says. “I remember we could not even get the side gates open to go in the backyard.” Now, the home boasts a beautiful alfresco area where guests can relax on built-in seating and loungers near the pool or pull up a chair at the rustic wood table.
