For those who are continuing the holiday through the weekend, Spotted Donkey Cantina in North Scottsdale continues their summer beer dinner series with Sonoran Brewery on July 5 at 6:30 p.m.

The series will include a beer reception with mini bites followed by a three course meal by Executive Chef, Esteban Colon. The Sonoran Brewery Beer Dinner will include:

• Beer Braised Bratwurst in Puff Pastry with Horseradish Chipotle Mustard Chorizo, Goat Cheese Quesadilla with Tomatillo-Papaya Salsa paired with Sonoran Burning Bird Pale Ale
• Roasted Asparagus and Mushroom Salad with Toasted Pecans, Blue Cheese, and Red Chili Vinaigrette paired with Sonoran Indian Pale Ale IPA
• Southwestern Spice Crusted New York Strip Steak with Spotted Donkey Steak Sauce, Twice Baked Potatoes and Sautéed Spinach paired with Sonoran Imperial Stout
• Warm Chocolate Cake with Dulce de Leche paired with Sonoran White Chocolate Ale

The cost is $39.00 per person not including tax and gratuity.
