W Scottsdale will host an Independence Day celebration on Wednesday, July 4, complete with a performance by two-time Grammy nominee Morgan Page and a firework display. The event begins at 12 p.m. The firework display will take place at 9 p.m.
As a special treat this Independence Day, W Scottsdale will be running a package deal for those who purchase a minimum of a two-night stay. The package will include two complimentary tickets and VIP lanyards per bed for the 4th of July party and a meet-n-greet photo opportunity with Morgan Page prior to his performance. The two-night package starts at $289 (+tax). To take advantage of the special rate, please use promotion code WFOURTH2. Guests must have purchased rooms for the nights of July 3- 4. Offer is limited.
With three full-length albums and over 200 remixes to his name, including tracks by Madonna “Miles Away,” Katy Perry “I Kissed A Girl,” and La Roux “Bulletproof.” Morgan Page has earned a solid reputation for transferring pop energy to the dance floor in the form of progressive house tracks. High-ranking spots on the iTunes’ dance chart, Beatport’s progressive chart and Billboard’s club charts have affirmed his marketability. A 2009 Grammy nomination for Deadmau5’s remix of Page’s “The Longest Road,” a 2011 nomination for his remix of Nadia Ali’s “Fantasy,” and three International Dance Music Award (IDMA) nominations simultaneously bolstered his underground credibility while spotlighting his skills as a songwriter.
His newest album “In The Air,” titled after his popular collaboration with BT, Sultan & Ned Shepard and vocalist Angela McCluskey, was released in early April. The collaboration was placed at #11 on BPM’s Top 51 Tracks of 2011, and reached #1 on the Billboard’s Hot Dance Airplay chart where it remained in the top ten for 25 weeks.
