Chef Aaron May, the brains behind favorites Mabel’s on Main and the Lodge, has been the talk of the town for months as we’ve awaited the most anticipated Grand Opening of the summer.  Opening a few days ago, Praying Monk Restaurant and Bar in Old Town Scottsdale pays homage to foodies everywhere with plates of deliciousness and a long list of beer.

Have you been there?  Although I’ve heard  the most amazing reviews, I have not yet had the pleasure of experiencing Praying Monk.  I will get there this week, so expect a detailed review!
