Summer Kick-Off at Scottsdale’s New Bar + Restaurant + Resort Pool

Expand your margarita palette with El Santo Cantina + Patio Bar + Restaurant, Scottsdale’s hottest new hangout.
Starting at 6pm on Thursday, June 21st, you can try 10 of El Santo’s specialty margaritas, including El Tigre, a refreshing combination of strawberries and jalapeños, and Cerveza Fantastico, which is mixed with Mexican beer.
“This tasting is the perfect way to discover new types of margaritas,” said Greg Donnally, owner of El Santo Cantina. “We want people to drink outside the box and give our unique margaritas a chance. We know they’ll love them all!”
Along with the refreshing margarita’s El Santo Cantina will also be bringing out tasty dishes from their Baja inspired menu for everyone to sample and pair with the margaritas. Such favorites as the Desert Tostada with Pulled Niemen Pork and Braised Pork Belly and El Santo Lobster Flautas.

El Santo is the newest concept by Old Town Group that brought the Valley Stingray Sushi, Jimmy Woo’s, Geisha A Go Go and Spanish Fly. A fiery combination of Cantina + Patio Bar + Restaurant, El Santo is built around a Mexican resort style pool and features Private Villas, VIP Casitas, Palapa Grande Bar and a beautiful flowing waterfall.
The new restaurant features a Baja style menu prepared by Executive Chef Tim Fields, formerly of Chelsea’s Kitchen and combines spicy Mexican flavors in both cuisine and cocktails.
The restaurant is located at 7301 E. Butherus Drive in Scottsdale.
