One of my favorite summer finds has been discovering that Sapporo has once again started their All-Day Everyday Happy Hour!

Available  Monday through Friday from 11am until close and Saturday and Sunday from 3pm until close.  Guests can enjoy a varied selection of cooling sushi, grilled items, Pan-Asian appetizers, select wines by the glass and specialty cocktails from the restaurant’s “Liquid Market” menu starting at $3.

I also discovered a new drink at Sapporo.  Although not on the Happy Hour menu, the Pineapple Martini is well worth $12! Perfectly refreshing for summer days and night, the mixologists paired House-Infused Pineapple Svedka Vodka, (yes, Sapporo concocts this onsite) with fresh pineapple puree and a succulent pineapple garnish.  Delish!
