Ronan is a 3-year-old Labrador Retriever waiting to be adopted.

Ronan (or Ro, for short) is a fantastic dog with a sad story.  His owner could no longer keep him, so he was turned into the Humane Society.  The Humane Society knew he would be a great Lucky Dog, so they contacted us and we gladly took him in.  Ro rides great in the car, loves to give hugs and walks really well on a leash. 

Although friendly toward other dogs, he's a little rambunctious with introductions...runs up to them, in a playful way, but he's a big boy and that can be a little frightening for some dogs.  Ro has not been around children yet, so we don't know how he will be, but Labradors are generally good with kids. 

Ronan is 91 pounds.  He could use a bit more exercise and a bit less food, but he's in good shape otherwise. 

Ro needs a forever home, but he also needs a foster home.  If you've ever considered fostering, Ro would be a very easy dog to foster.  Please let us know if you'd like to foster Ro.  Lucky Dog Rescue will provide all the necessary things for fostering (food, kennel, leash/collar, if needed). 

Ro is up-to-date on shots, neutered and will be microchipped prior to adoption.  Ronan's adoption fee is $200. www.luckydogrescue.org
