Peoria held its second annual P83 Party after the pre season baseball game at Peoria Sports Complex on Feb. 23, 2013. It is an outdoor street festival that included national recording artist Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray, high energy alternative band Hello Swindon and classic cover band The Elevens. In addition to food and beverages, there was an interactive zone for kids and adults and local vendors.
