If you drool over street style snaps from fashion week and wonder how you could ever replicate the effortlessly chic looks IRL, Target and Who What Wear have teamed up to introduce a street style-inspired collection.
New pieces will be introduced on a monthly basis to reflect current street style trends and feedback from Who What Wear readers, meaning YOU could have a tangible influence on what apparel and accessories are created.
“We are going to be tapping into all of the Target guests and all of our social media followers and really having an open dialogue about what you’re missing from your wardrobe, what prints and patterns you might want most — really kind of lifting the curtain on the whole design process and making you a part of it,” said Katherine Power, Who What Wear co-founder, in a behind-the-scenes video for Target (see below).
The partnership will roll out with a 70-piece collection on Jan. 31 at select Target stores and on Target.com. The cherry on top? You don’t have to break the bank on pricey designer duds, as everything retails for under $50.
The newly-released campaign stars IT-bloggers Lily Kwong, Zanita Whittington and Gala Gonzalez modeling some of the trendy, click-bait looks, including a leather jacket, floral pencil skirt and breezy blouses.
