Las Tiendas Village, a vibrant shopping center in Chandler, continues to grow, offering a diverse mix of retail, beauty, and fitness options, alongside popular department stores.
Located at 2925 S. Alma School Road, the center already features favorites like Five Below, Sugar Sugar (a waxing and hair removal service), and MUV Martial Arts. The newest additions include Body20, a boutique fitness studio set to open in 2025, beauty supply store Happy Beauty, luxury lash spa Revelashons, and Sit Still Kids, a child-focused hair salon.
“Las Tiendas is evolving into a premier shopping destination,” said Harrison Cole, Leasing and Development Manager at Vestar. “We’re excited to introduce these new businesses and enhance the retail and dining options available to the community. Bringing these diverse offerings together creates a space that caters to the needs of both locals and visitors.”
The 200,000-square-foot Las Tiendas Village, located in Chandler’s Ocotillo neighborhood, is 95 percent leased with more than 30 tenants.
“Las Tiendas is a prime example of post-pandemic retail success, transforming vacancies into vibrant spaces filled with in-demand businesses,” said Bryan Ledbetter, Senior Vice President at Western Retail Advisors. “It showcases Vestar’s ability to develop shopping destinations that not only serve commerce but also foster community connection.”
The area’s ongoing expansion has also attracted restaurants such as Barro’s Pizza, Lou Malnati’s, World of Sourdough, Macayo’s, and Starbucks. The recent addition of Marshalls is ready to serve the community during the holiday season. For more information on Las Tiendas Village, visit shopltv.com.
