LGE Design Build Completes Construction of a One-of-a-Kind Luxury Vehicle Storage Facility

LGE Design Build, a full-service design-build firm with architecture and construction under one roof, recently completed construction on The Vault Auto Storage, a new luxury storage facility, private car club and event center.

The 15,931 square foot warehouse-style building features an open floor plan with a consignment showroom, state-of-the-art security and automated access to enter and exit. The facility also boasts a modern, intimate office, and a clubhouse lounge and kitchen space to host private events, accommodating up to 250 people.

The focus of the architectural design was to allow the cars to take center stage. The structure covers 106 feet without any interior columns, allowing maximum vehicular movement and configurations in the space.

Collectors and car enthusiasts with membership to The Vault will be able to store their own high-valued vehicles in the space where collection upkeep, detailing and routine maintenance will be part of the customer experience. The Vault’s open floor plan allows services to be provided in an efficient and safe manner.

The Vault also houses the private collection of cars and car related memorabilia of owner, Ron Evans. Evans’ personal collection ranges from European exotics to classic muscle. Favorites in his collection include the McLaren 570, Porsche GT3 RS, Ford GT and Shelby Cobra.

The Vault Auto Storage is located in the Scottsdale Air Park at 15882 N. 77th St in Scottsdale, Ariz. For more information, or to learn how to store your vehicle at The Vault Auto Storage, contact Ron Evans at 480-625-8119.
