The refreshing cocktail mixes the best of mint, blueberries and lemon with the right amount of sweetness and bubbly. - 4 Mint leaves
- 5 Blueberries
- .75 oz. Lemon juice
- .75 oz. Simple syrup
- .5 oz. St. Germain
- 1 oz. Prairie Organic Vodka
- 1.5 oz. Prosecco
Directions: Muddle mint leaves, blueberries, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add St. Germain and vodka. Shake and double strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with prosecco and garnish with blueberries.
