Ballet Arizona’s annual fundraising event Dance With Me Gala, will let you do just that. On Friday, Jan. 25 at the Phoenix Art Museum, attendees will have the chance to take the dance floor alongside Ballet Arizona’s pros.
This year’s 11th annual gala will honor longtime supporters Judd and Billie Jo Herberger. The night will be themed after The Firebird, a production put on by Artistic Director Ib Andersen that will debut at Symphony Hall Feb. 14-17.
The black-tie evening will kick off at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres amidst the museum’s artwork. Guests will then be able to enjoy a screening of a mini documentary about The Firebird, followed by dinner. Afterwards a live band will perform while guests and Ballet Arizona dancers take the dance floor for the remainder of the night.
Single tickets are $600. Tables start at $6,000.
