Find me mixing drinks at… Different Pointe of View, overlooking the city’s sparkling lights and mountain views at the Terrace Room Bar & Lounge. I can see the sun setting from behind the bar through our floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s spectacular and it truly never gets old!
My favorite drink to make is… The Ward 8 and any prohibition-style cocktails with a bit of edge and a lot of character.
I’d most like to mix a drink for… Will Smith or Morgan Freeman!
If I could have one superpower while working, it’d be… the ability to read minds, of course!
If I were a flavor, I’d be… the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
My biggest bartending fail… Pouring Grappa as Goldschlager, haha! It was 20 years ago but I remember it like it was yesterday!
My top drink and food recommendation to guests is… Chef’s melt-in-your-mouth pork belly specialty paired with a glass of Zinfandel. It makes me hungry just thinking about it!
When I’m not working, I enjoy sipping on… Del Maguey Mezcal Old Fashioned.
My favorite place in town for drinks is… Still searching for a favorite bar, and enjoying the process. I’m new to Phoenix!
