Riot Hospitality Group announced Scottsdale’s first and only fine dining supper club, Shiv Supper Club, is set to open in early 2025. Located in Old Town Scottsdale (7373 E. Camelback Road), this venue will be a fusion of culinary artistry and immersive entertainment.
Named after the precision culinary tool, Shiv is a 13,869-square-foot venue designed to evoke modern elegance and natural charm. Featuring dramatic lighting, cascading greenery, and sculptural accents, the club is set to become a new centerpiece of the Valley’s social scene, raising the bar for dining destinations.

The menu, crafted by Culinary Director Dustin Cooke in collaboration with renowned Chef Jeff Mahin, promises luxurious ingredients and imaginative presentations, such as the truffle butter bread service, which features fresh truffles shaved into house-made butter tableside.
Other items include chilled seafood towers, caviar offerings, and an innovative lobster caviar dome. Entrees like scallop crudo, smoke show chowder, and charcoal-fired prime steaks, including a show-stopping colossal tomahawk, are designed to impress. A bespoke cocktail program and a carefully curated wine list complete the experience.
