UnderTow immersive tiki bar is reimagining refreshment with a new menu at its Gilbert and Arcadia locations. Guests will be brought back to paradise with a refreshed selection of classic and original tiki cocktails and an all-new lineup of island-inspired snacks.
Rooted in storytelling, the Return to Paradise menu at UnderTow has been in production since September and combines the cocktail styles of the collaborative team in both locations.
“Paradise, for us, is having a little more fun with our guests, a little more fun writing great drinks as a team, and being able to see the excitement that should always accompany a great tiki bar,” Mat Snapp, EVP of Operations at Barter & Shake, said. “If our guests have as much fun with this menu as we did making it, then we’ll all be in paradise together.”
The new menu appeals to an array of palates and preferences. For those looking for a classic tiki bar favorite, the Macadamia Nut Pina Colada, Mai Tai and Passion Fruit Mojito are made to order with a Barter & Shake twist.
Served with smoke, fire, and flare, the Smoking Cannon and New Kind of Java add a bit of spice to the menu. Guests hoping to be surprised can enjoy a rotating frozen mystery cocktail known on the menu as the Come Hell or High Water.
“We’re pleased to feature some of our favorites from other tiki bars around the country, we’re pleased to celebrate our team as authors, and we’re pleased to move cocktail trends forward with exciting new ingredients and presentations that we believe Tiki has been missing,” Snapp said.
