My favorite drink to make: Sours, because they tend to look beautiful and there is a lot of room for creativity.
I’d most like to mix a drink for anyone willing to learn something new or teach me something about cocktails or spirits.
If I could have one superpower while working, it’d be the ability to clone myself since I’m not great at asking for help and that way I wouldn’t have to!
If I were a flavor, I’d be bittersweet.
My biggest bartending fail: I wouldn’t classify any of my mistakes as failures, but more as learning experiences. Some of my coolest concepts were happy accidents.
My top drink and food recommendation to guests: Anything with protein, I’m a huge carnivore and I love a mean steak. I also love serving mezcal since it has such a rich culture and I love talking about it.
When I’m not working, I enjoy sipping on mezcal!
