L.A. Karaoke Lounge, Blind Dragon Coming to Scottsdale

Practice your vocals, because Blind Dragon restaurant and karaoke lounge is headed for Old Town Scottsdale. Led by h.wood Group (the team behind Bootsy Bellows Los Angeles, SHOREbar Santa Monica, Heart of Omnia Las Vegas and more) and Innovative Dining Group (Sushi Roku, Katana and more), the Asian-themed hotspot will open on Jan. 26 on Indian Plaza Dr., where Blur nightclub was previously located. The new Scottsdale lounge will mark the brand’s third location with flagship locations in Los Angeles (pictured) and Dubai.

John Terzian, Co-Founder of The h.wood Group comments on the newest endeavor saying, “Scottsdale is an exciting market and is so close to Los Angeles. We have been wanting to be there for a while, and happy to expand this special element of our portfolio. We look forward to being part of the Scottsdale scape.”

The new 8,500-sq.-ft. Old Town location will feature a speakeasy entrance that leads guests towards a loading dock motif with an Asian mural created by local artist Randall Hedden. Inside, the lounge will mirror the original themed interiors and will feature enlarged customized seating booths providing chic seating options along with six uniquely themed private karaoke rooms with TVs and audio systems for guests to stretch their vocals for a night full of fun and performing.

The menu will keep in theme with offerings including Asian-themed cocktails and exotic small plates.

Blind Dragon Scottsdale will be open from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and each night will include performances from a variety of sultry singers.
