The West Valley’s only real outdoor ice skating rink, Skate Westgate, is returning for a second year full of holiday fun. Skate Westgate will feature free festivities like horse-drawn carriage rides every Friday and Saturday night, nightly snowfall, a tree lighting, photos with Santa and even a Menorah lighting.
Celebrate the opening night of the rink on Tuesday, November 21 with a professional skating performance, the arrival of Santa and the lighting of the 36-foot holiday tree. At 7 p.m. it will magically snow for the first time and Skate Westgate will open for guests to hit the ice. Santa will be available for photos from 7 to 9 p.m. and the ice rink will stay open until 10:45 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Skating fees apply.
Skate Westgate will take place from November 21 to January 7.
