Nothing polishes off the weekend and cures a hangover like a good brunch. Local favorite, the Vig, perfects the meal with menu items like the Hangover Helper — chilaquiles rojas with layered tortillas, pork carnitas, cheddar cheese and salsa roja topped with two over easy eggs, cilantro and house salsa — and the Tofu Scrambler, which is a vegan burrito packed with: tofu, mushrooms, onions, red bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, green onions and pablano chilies wrapped in a flour tortilla served with guac and pico. The bar and restaurant also serves $5 Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas until noon! Sold!
