The parade kicks off at 10 a.m. at 3rd St. and Sheridan with a variety of performers, entertainers and floats including marching bands, Irish dancers, and bag pipers. Afterwards, enjoy three stages of Irish music, Irish step dancing, bagpipers, food and drinks, crafts and merchandise, genealogy, Irish clubs, a children’s area, a VIP pub hosting Arizona craft beers and more.

On Sunday, March 17, one of the Valley’s oldest Irish pubs, Padre Murphy’s, will be celebrating their 26th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Under the Big Top. The green drinks will begin flowing at 10 a.m. along with a traditional corned beef and cabbage feats and other Irish fare, plus live music all day. The party will be family friendly until 5 p.m. with leprechauns, clowns and face painters. After that it will turn into an adult-only party (21+). The party is free before 2 p.m., $10 from 2 to 5 p.m. and $15 after 5 p.m.

On Sunday, March 17, a traditional St. Patrick’s Day Celebration will take place at the Fort McDowell Casino where Irish food and drink favorites will be served at all four of its restaurants at both lunch and dinner. There will also be plenty of Green Beer, pints of Guinness and shots of Jameson on hand in the Casino’s Video Bar to complete the annual Irish celebration. Everyone who visits on St. Paddy’s Day will receive a free shamrockin’ T-shirt where the annual “Three Cloves of Cash Blackjack Tournament” offers guests a chance to win the first place prize of $2,000. Popular Irish performers Doc Rolland and the Crossbow Celtic Ensemble, along with the Mountain View Fiddlers, will entertain guests from 4 to 8 p.m.
