Turf Paradise continues its tradition as the place for fans and families to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend. From Friday, November 24 to Sunday, November 26 enjoy a variety of activities. On Thanksgiving Eve admission is only $2 and guests can watch live local horse racing where you can wager and win. Snack on hotdogs, popcorn, soda and ice cream. Kids 16 and under get in free. General parking is free. There’s also $2 draft beer $4 Vodka drinks and a live DJ.
Give the cook a break before it’s time to prepare the Thanksgiving feast! On November 22, spend time out of the kitchen with Sorso Wine Room. Enjoy all-day happy hour with 2-for-1 house wines by the glass and draft beers. Food specials include Brussels Board ($8), Ortaggio ($8), The Dip ($8) and select Bruschetta (3 for $10).
Head to Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia on Wednesday, November 22 from 7 p.m. to midnight for the annual celebration under the stars on the Kasbah Patio that will feature live entertainment by DJ Jen Jones. Specialty cocktails, tapas from Prado and tacos from Taqueria Centro will be available for purchase. Enjoy the last few hours of alone time before the relatives arrive with a few cocktails at LUSTRE Rooftop Bar for their “Thanksgiving Eve on the Rooftop” party taking place November 22 with the party and DJ starting at 8 p.m. Enjoy Wild Turkey samplings from 8 to 10 p.m. along with specials, prizes and giveaways all night long. The party is open to the public (21+) and has no cover.

On Wednesday, November 22nd, Kelly’s is the place to hang out with your friends in your ugly holiday sweaters! There will be a pie eating contest, music, giveaways and a photo booth.
