AFM- How did you come up with the name Adventure Club?
It was the name of our tree house when we we’re younger. Maybe one day we’ll write a book or screenplay about our Adventures. Think of it like Rick and Morty meets Adventure Time, with a sprinkle of bass.
AFM- How did you get involved in the music industry?
We’ve been making music in different genres for over 10 years now. Evidently it seems we’ve received the most success with electronic music. We started Adventure Club as a project 3 years ago.
AFM- How would you describe your sound to those who haven’t heard it?
The feeling a high school boy gets when he’s trying to peak into the girls locker room.
AFM- When did you both meet?
A really long time ago. Drunk at a bar, we got into a snowball fight right away.
AFM- Which song are you most proud of?
Our remix of Lullabies by Yuna.
AFM- Which other artists have been your inspiration?
Thrice, Skrillex, Glassjaw, Jacques Greene, Cat Power
AFM- What would you say has been your biggest break so far?
2014 in general has been a huge success for us. We’ve accomplished some of our biggest goals. We’ve had our EP go #1 in the dance charts on Itunes. Closed out Coachella, as well as a few other secrets I can’t tell you yet.
AFM- If you could say anything to your Arizona fan base, what would it be?
Thank you for always accepting us with open arms every time we step foot here 🙂
