Mill Ave. is getting a brand new nightclub and no, it’s not an Old Town Scottsdale duplicate. AURA will be the street’s largest nightclub, venue and lounge and is celebrating its grand opening weekend April 5-7.
The new club comes from Narender and Rosy Raju of RSVP Group, LLC, the same team behind the music event venue The Pressroom, which opened five years ago in Downtown Phoenix. “We are excited to bring together all types of music for our international audience to enjoy in an upscale environment that to caters your senses and emotions. It’s really a dream come true for us,” says Raju.
Located at 411 S. Mill Ave. (near Ra and Rula Bula), the upscale club and lounge space will be something new for Mill Ave. The two-story venue will have more than 9,500-square-feet of space with the largest 4K HD screens in the city, top hosts and DJs, a private upscale lounge, state-of-the-art sound system, intelligent lighting and an ultra-modern live performance stage. There will also be 14 VIP tables, bottle service and availability for private event bookings. AURA will boast a “Vegas-like” vibe with national touring acts from some of today’s top artists.
The man behind booking the talent Cahleb Branch, AURA’s Executive Director says acts will range from nationally touring acts and electro DJs to live performances and celebrity-hosted events. “As a talent buyer, artist manager and creative consultant I’ve been working in the music industry for over 10 years now,” said Branch. “I’m honored to be securing some of today’s hottest talents and celebrities for one of the Valley’s newest most sought-after night life projects.”
Head to AURA Thursday, April 5 through Saturday, April 7, from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. for the club’s grand opening weekend. Ladies are free before 11 p.m.
