Century Grand

Barter & Shake is enhancing the non-alcoholic experience with a unique mocktail program across three distinctive venues at Century Grand. At Platform 18, guests can enjoy N/A drinks like Son of a Beecher and Granny Hatchet in a 1924 NYC-inspired train car. Grey Hen Rx offers mocktails such as Prayer At Midday and Import & Export. Meanwhile, Undertow provides an immersive experience aboard an antique Clipper ship, with drinks like Anchors Up! and Captain’s Apprentice.

Fat Ox

Fat Ox’s non-alcoholic beverages include the Coastal (raspberry, rose, lime, and Mediterranean tonic) and Confetti (apricot, orgeat, ginger, and mint) are offered, each providing a fresh, flavorful twist on classic drinks.

Tesota

Tesota’s non-alcoholic drink menu boasts the Spritz Del Conte (an Italian aperitif, soda, and lemon) and the Amaro Mule (non-alcoholic Amaro Lucano, ginger beer, and lime.

ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho

Indulge in fruity flavors with the High Fassionola, featuring fresh limeade and house-made fassionola syrup with passionfruit, strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, and hibiscus. Gold + Oranges features citrus shrub, Earl Grey demerara, and sparkling apple cider for those who prefer a more refreshing libation. Thai One On is made with Thai spice-infused coconut milk, pineapple, lime, chili thread, and roasted coconut flakes. Hearth ’61 at Mountain Shadows

Choose from four different nonalcoholic concoctions made with Seedlip, like the Blueberry Basil Bliss, featuring Seedlip Grove 42, lemon, blueberry, and basil, and Berry-Berry-Berry Delightful, with Seedlip Grove 24, lemon, blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry. Cucumber Mint Joy features Seedlip Garden 108, lime, mint, and cucumber. In the mood for something sweet?
