Back to school means back to partying when it comes to Mill Ave. and lucky for you, the hopping street has a brand new nightclub to add to your weekend rounds. Rodeo Ranch is bringing the wild west to Tempe with a 3,000-square-foot venue on the southeast corner of Mill Ave. and Fifth St. The new club is the first phase of a three-part plan that will eventually include a Texas BBQ concept and a rooftop bar and lounge, scheduled to open later this year.
Brought to Tempe by Dallas-based restaurant entrepreneurs Reign Group, the Texas-themed nightclub features leather and cowhide benches, a large shot wheel and a top-of-the-line sound system. Party-goers can enjoy a live DJ, dancing, a Vegas-esque light show, indoor-outdoor bottle service and a sweet lineup of noble trophy heads lining the walls. For the ultimate late-night thrill, hop onto the bar’s signature attraction: a mechanical bull. Other fun features include arcade games like buck shot, a punching bag game and basketball along with a 20 oz. “Texas Tea” dubbed Das Boot to quench your thirst.
Rodeo Ranch also has nightly specials to give you an excuse to visit throughout the week.
Monday: Mondays Are 4 the Boys, with mini keg specials
Tuesday: Pizza Gang Night, providing free pizza for all patrons
Wednesday: Buck Off Wednesdays, featuring a bull riding competition
Thursday: College Night, kick off your weekend early
Friday: Football Fun, featuring games on the 18 high-def flat screen TVs surrounding the venue
Rodeo Ranch is open Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.
