From the creative minds that brought The White Rabbit Bar to downtown Gilbert, comes an all-new night-out experience known as The Parlour Room. Set to open its doors on the Devil’s Night, Saturday, October 30 at 7:00 p.m., this new concept digs further into the mysterious narrative of Dr. O’Hare, who allegedly used his apothecary and medical practice as a front for The White Rabbit speakeasy in response to the shackles of Prohibition.
Access to The Parlour Room is set at the basement courtyard level of the Heritage Building located at 207 North Gilbert Road so patrons can conveniently enjoy both The White Rabbit Cocktail Bar and The Parlour Room concepts.
Our aim is to make an experience of the night out — one that intrigues the seasoned imbiber and is also inviting for social interactions. At The Parlour Room, as with The Rabbit, achieving that sense of wonderstruck is as important to us as offering the most enticing menu of mixed drinks.

The hip tone inside the Parlour Room radiates high energy and is designed to become one of the hottest mingling destinations on guests’ weekend flight plan. Featuring carefully crafted libations and moody red lights, the atmosphere encourages guests to jazz it up a notch when it comes to their attire.
Dylan Mirador, The White Rabbit’s lead behind the bar, was instrumental in developing an exciting menu lineup that features a whole section of the book dedicated to specialty martinis — and much more.
