50 Shades of Zane Grey
Bowler’s favorite cocktail is named after the popular modern novel and the classic Western writer from Arizona. It features two, typically advanced ingredients: Fernet Branca and Angostura bitters. The drink tastes like chamomile and mint, which comes from a combination of Green Chartreuse, which primarily tastes of green fennel. The drink is “mellowed out” with house-made honeyed brie and crema. “So its a little savory, a little sweet, great after dinner drink,” explains Bowler. This one will creep-up on you, so drink it slowly! Or fast, if you’ve had a bad a day.
