Side Haboob
Seeing some side boob and seeing a haboob can be equally exciting, right? This drink is a twist on the margarita. It’s spirit based and uses Del Maguey crema de mezca, which is a mezcal sweetened with agave nectar. It’s light on the smoke, which Bowler says is “good if you’re typically not a mezcal drinker.” Watermelon agua fresca, Hum botanical and Solerno blood orange give this drink an earthy note. The rim of the drink is coated with cumin, sugar, paprika and peppercorn, giving it a kick of spice.
