Valley favorite Esteban is visiting the Valley on July 22 for an up-close and intimate performance at The Listening Room Phoenix. The Spanish guitarist launched his career in Arizona in the mid-nineties when he and his daughter Teresa used to play at the Hyatt Regency Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale for eight years. Known for his classical Spanish fusion guitar, Esteban has topped Billboard charts with numerous albums since then.
The July show will feature a full band with Esteban’s daughter Teresa Joy on violin, Grammy award-winning drummer Joe Morris and Raul Yanez, pianist and Arizona State University professor of music. Yanez also has an affinity for Spanish classical music and newly composed songs mixed with old faves.
