Here in the Valley, the sun and (mostly) pleasant temperatures lure everybody out to the pool year round, although this is especially true during the summer. After all, you’ve got to stay cool! The want to have some fun in the sun usually inspires a little bit of exercise and clean eating, am I right? Everyone wants that perfect bod in time for summer.

Something you may not know about me is… I enjoy training in and performing aerial silks (Cirque De Soleil type stuff).
