AFM: In a brief 2-3 sentences, please tell us a little bit about Let’s Lash!
Let’s Lash (LL): Let’s Lash is a charming salon in the heart of Scottsdale that offers its clients the very best eyelash extensions in the valley! The atmosphere is adorable and vibrant, the experienced stylists are fun and highly skilled, and the services rendered are outstanding every single visit!
AFM: What does it mean to you to be a Best of Our Valley winner?
LL: Being considered the Best of Our Valley WINNER is such an honor for us! We recognize that clients are able to go anywhere for their eyelash extension services, but the fact that they repeatedly choose us and went out of their way to vote for us, absolutely means the world.
AFM: What’s your favorite part about being the Best of Our Valley’s Best Eyelash Extensions?
LL: We love knowing that our own adoration for our clients has been acknowledged and reciprocated so much so that they overwhelmingly voted for us to win Best of the Valley, 2 years in a row now! We work so hard to put our extensive training and expertise into every single lash application, and it means everything to us at Let’s Lash to be considered “THE BEST”!
AFM: What advice would you give to others to be the “best” in your field?
LL: We always strive to put our clients and customer service first! The best advice we can offer is to always keep in mind why you do what you do and more importantly keep in mind WHO you are doing it for! And to remember, if you are not providing excellence in your service, someone else is right down the street who is willing to!
AFM: Have you seen any benefits as a result of being a BOOV winner?
LL: We consistently see benefits from being a winner of BOOV! We field calls and set appointments everyday from Valley residents who have heard about us from being a Best of the Valley winner!
AFM: How do you put your “best” foot forward every day?
LL: 2 Rules!
1) We have fun! We play and laugh everyday! Whether it’s with our clients or with/at each other, if we’re at work, then its easy to see, we are having a blast!
2) We stay present, meaning we make it a daily focus to make eye contact, to be excellent listeners, and to put the client’s needs above all else, every service.
