Exclusively practicing family law for almost 10 years, including several years serving as a Judge Pro Tempore, Hendricks has gained extensive experience in high-conflict litigation and understands the importance of integrity, respect, and honesty when it comes to delivering the needs of his clients.
Hendricks primarily handles complex divorce litigation and high conflict custody cases, he has successfully handled all types of family law cases, including cases in front of the Arizona Court of Appeals, modifications, relocations, prenuptial agreements, and he serves as a family law mediator. His key to success is developing a clear game plan strategy and executing it.
With each case, Hendricks uses clear communication and a pragmatic approach to sensitive issues to produce better results and outcomes for his clients, and ultimately help families move forward successfully.
