I’ve done a ton of tough workouts across the Valley, and I’d rank Reformed Pilates right up there as one of the toughest. I call it Pilates on crack. It fuses cardio with classic Pilates moves, so not only are you lengthening and strengthening, you’re getting your heart rate up too – double whammy! That person behind Reformed is Laura Morgan, a local gal who fell in love with Pilates on the West Coast, and brought her passion back to Arcadia to open the swanky boutique studio. Favorite workout…
Reformed! It gives me unbeatable strength while still keeping my muscles long and lean. Plus the exercises and music are always different so I continually feel challenged!
Favorite local instructor…
I don’t think I could choose just one. My Reformed girls are amazing! They are insanely strong. I constantly look at them and what they can do and I’m motivated to work harder. They push me to be the best version of myself.
Favorite healthy restaurant…
LGO‘s Shredded Kale Salad & Quinoa or True Food‘s Tuscan Kale Salad with Chicken. I love kale, but it never tastes as good when I cook it!
Favorite workout wear…
I wear everything, but I love Zella, Nordstrom’s activewear brand. I love all of their leggings, especially their newest ones for spring. The cut-outs are amazing!
Favorite beauty product…
Again, I could never choose just one, but I swear by Dr. Bonner’s Peppermint Liquid Soap and La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid for Face.
