Chandler is embracing a healthier lifestyle with the arrival of StretchLab, a boutique wellness franchise dedicated to customized stretching routines designed to enhance well-being. The business opened its doors at 1969 W. Ray Road in October and is setting out to help clients discover the transformative benefits of assisted stretching.
StretchLab employs a distinctive assisted stretch concept that targets tightness and imbalances within the body. Expert-led sessions aim to tailor the experience to each individual’s needs, enhancing flexibility, improving posture and relieving muscle tension. Intending to foster healthier bodies, StretchLab offers a comprehensive wellness approach accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.
“Stretching is an important element of anyone’s health and wellness repertoire and is meant for all ages and body types,” franchise owner Jennifer Gage said. “It can help increase range of motion and flexibility, which can help in training and day-to-day living.”
Gage, who launched the first StretchLab in the Valley in 2018, is excited to contribute to the East Valley. The StretchLab team is comprised of trained Flexologists who have completed an intensive training program that includes 60 to 70+ hours of theory and hands-on practice. These professionals are well-versed in muscular systems and adept at customizing stretches for diverse client needs. Utilizing the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) method, trainers help clients enhance their range of motion and achieve optimal results.
StretchLab offers a variety of sessions to suit individual preferences. Clients can choose between a focused 25-minute targeted stretch or a comprehensive 50-minute all-body stretch. Group stretching sessions led by trainers allow participants to learn how to use stretch tools effectively.
To reward clients for their commitment to wellness, StretchLab has introduced ClassPoints, a system that allows guests to earn points during their sessions, unlocking exclusive discounts and rewards.
Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, enhance sports performance, or improve your overall flexibility, StretchLab has the resources and expertise to help each client. For more information, visit stretchlab.com.
