Pvolve Opens First Arizona Studio in North Scottsdale

Pvolve, a clinically backed fitness method that combines functional movement with resistance-based equipment, is bringing its transformative approach to Arizona by opening its first studio in North Scottsdale. Located at The Promenade (7325 E. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.), the 2,509-square-foot space will officially launch on December 14, offering the Valley a fresh perspective on fitness and wellness.

Marking the brand’s 18th location since its 2017 debut, Pvolve continues its rapid growth as a leader in low-impact, sustainable fitness. Franchise owner Caitlin Pettitt is eager to introduce this unique method to Scottsdale, a community known for its active lifestyle.

“We wanted to bring Pvolve to Scottsdale because it is unlike any other fitness brand,” Pettitt said. “Our method is science-led and combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment to deliver results beyond a traditional workout.”

At its core, the studio is designed to elevate the fitness experience. It features keyless lockers, a fully stocked beauty bar, and an inviting atmosphere. Members can choose from group classes or private and semi-private training sessions tailored to their needs and goals.

What truly differentiates Pvolve is its clinically validated approach. Studies reveal significant improvements in participants’ strength, mobility, and energy levels through the Pvolve Method. Workouts use precise movement patterns and varied equipment combinations to target all planes of motion, fostering consistent progress while avoiding plateaus. With its focus on enhancing day-to-day movement and long-term health, Pvolve promises to transform the Valley.

“I love highlighting that Pvolve is clinically proven to help you live younger and longer,” Pettitt said. “Our study showed significant improvements in strength and mobility in participants who followed the Pvolve method. Participants see 23 percent more daily energy and lower fatigue, 21 percent more full body flexibility, and 19 percent more hip function and lower body strength.”

Pvolve is offering an introductory special to celebrate its arrival: three classes for just $36. Whether you are an experienced fitness enthusiast or starting fresh, this is a chance to discover the workout transforming lives nationwide. For more information, visit pvolve.com.
