Bryten Real Estate Partners, a Phoenix-based multifamily management company, has been honored by the National Apartment Association (NAA) as one of the top 10 employers in the nation for 2024. This recognition marks the third consecutive year that Bryten has received the prestigious award, a testament to its ongoing commitment to fostering a people-first culture.

The NAA, a leading housing organization in the rental housing industry, evaluates thousands of multifamily companies nationwide to determine its top employers. As a federation of 141 state, local, and global affiliates, NAA encompasses over 95,000 members representing more than 11.6 million apartment homes globally.

The ranking is based on anonymous employee satisfaction surveys, which assess an organization’s ability to create a supportive, innovative and collaborative work environment.
