In conjunction with its 25th anniversary, Trilogy by Shea Homes has announced the launch of Ridgecrest, a 55+ resort and lifestyle community that will be located in Peoria. This exclusive, 414-home development will offer the signature Trilogy lifestyle on a more intimate scale. In the stunning Northpointe at Vistancia master plan, Ridgecrest will deliver a resort-style experience with all the amenities Trilogy is known for.
Ridgecrest, set for a 2025 debut, will be located one mile north of Trilogy at Vistancia, which sold out last year. Presales are expected to begin in October, with model homes projected to open for viewing in the spring.

The Freedom 45 Collection will provide homes with between 2,112 and 2,573 square feet, starting in the low $500s and the Ridge Collection features homes between 2,721 and 3,040 square feet, starting in the low $700s.
At the heart of Ridgecrest is a 6,000-square-foot Wellness Social Club designed by award-winning architects and designers to evoke the elegance of a boutique hotel. This modern clubhouse will serve as the community’s center for fitness, wellness and social activities including a movement studio, fitness lawn, lap and resort pools and pickleball courts. The club will also host a variety of social events from fitness classes to wine tastings and cultural celebrations.
