Belgravia Group Announces New Luxury Development in Scottsdale

Chicago-based Belgravia Group, an esteemed real estate development firm with over 75 years of experience, has unveiled plans for its second development in North Scottsdale: Atavia. This new project has successfully received approval from the Scottsdale Design Review Board and follows the rapid sell-out of Belgravia’s inaugural North Scottsdale project, Portico.

Atavia is located in North Scottsdale’s growing luxury corridor at Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road. Built adjacent to Portico, Atavia will introduce a collection of 88 luxury residences in the heart of DMB’s One Scottsdale project.

“The North Scottsdale market continues to be our main focus, and following the tremendous demand we experienced at Portico, having the opportunity to develop another project right next door makes a ton of sense for this growing community,” Belgravia Group CEO Jonathan McCulloch said.

Atavia will offer a unique condominium product that combines the privacy of single-family living –featuring private entries and attached two-car garages – with the convenience of lock-and-leave condominium ownership.

Designed by the award-winning architecture firm KTGY, Atavia aims to redefine modern luxury living. Its clubhouse draws inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Taliesin West, creating a distinctive aesthetic. Residents can access various amenities, including a pool and spa, a fully equipped fitness center, a private indoor/outdoor yoga studio, fireplaces, and a golf simulator.

Each residence at Atavia is meticulously designed to ensure a harmonious blend of functionality and luxury. Home features include 10-foot ceilings, Italian cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, private elevators, and expansive rooftop decks. These designs cater to a sophisticated lifestyle.

Atavia will offer 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom residences priced from $800,000 to $1.7 million. Following the success of Portico, which sold out months ahead of schedule, broker Cambridge Properties is poised to carry this momentum forward.

Keith Mishkin, President and Designated Broker at Cambridge Properties noted the ongoing demand for luxury properties in Scottsdale.

“Atavia is the type of development we tend to see sell out quickly, as shown by the success of Portico. On top of high demand for properties of this type, Atavia’s standout features truly make it a product that will move fast,” he said.

Belgravia Group has earned a reputation over its decades in business with numerous accolades, including the Multifamily Project of the Year for Portico in Phoenix Agent Magazine and Scottsdale Progress. The firm is dedicated to providing a seamless home-buying experience with highly livable floor plans and a vertically integrated purchasing process.

Reservations for Atavia will begin this month, and interested buyers can learn more about the development and sign up for the VIP list by visiting Atavia Condos or Belgravia Group.
