Multifamily Development at Morrison Ranch Now Open in Gilbert

The newest community from P.B. Bell is now open. Everly at Morrison Ranch is situated on Elliot Road and offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartment homes surrounded by lush, grassy outdoor gathering spaces and warm, modern Arizona ranch-inspired finishes.

“The vision and execution of the Morrison master-planned community is unlike any other in the metro Phoenix area,” CEO R. Chapin Bell said.  “The tree-lined streets, setback sidewalks, and white split rail fencing throughout give the community a distinct look and feel that people love and want to live in.”

Each of the 236 units features gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops, large islands, upgraded cabinetry, and LG appliances, as well as black door and cabinet hardware. Additionally, they include laundry rooms with full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets, patios, and balconies.

Residents can enjoy a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas, ramada with open truss architecture, barbeque grills, swinging sofa beds, dog park, gaming areas featuring cornhole, horseshoe, giant chess and a neighborhood-themed tot lot.

“Everly reflects Morrison Ranch because its farm style pays homage to the history of this area,” Community Manager Carrie Otto said. “I’m excited to be back in Gilbert, connecting with the people!”

Everly will stay true to the signature style by offering grassy areas and heavy landscape with pecan trees along the community’s perimeter, shade trees, and white split rail fencing. All landscapes will be watered using reclaimed water.

Indoor amenities include a 24-hour state-of-the-art Bulk Up Barn fitness center, dog spa, and luxe clubhouse featuring private work and conference spaces, gaming and entertainment, including a Golden Tee golf simulator and Buck Hunter gaming system, foosball, and shuffleboard.
