The overall inspiration for this Paradise Valley project by Tinker Development was a soft Santa Barbara style. Rustic grace and organic textures create an easy, earthy and organic experience where rough brick meets clean carpentry.
Dining Room “The brick barrel ceiling is the star of this room, lending gritty ambiance to a sophisticated setting.”
Kitchen “In keeping with the soft Santa Barbara style, we used cabinets in gentle white and gray, contrasted by the richness of the overhead beams and natural walnut counter top. The backsplash is a simple, natural stone subway tile, interrupted by a bold geometric tile, creating the perfect focal point. And, of course, every room can use some sparkle, provided here by mercury glass fixtures and brushed silver hardware.”
Master Bath “This free-standing tub needed a dramatic backdrop to realize its full potential. Custom tile with a bold pattern was the perfect thing to create the scene.”
Guest Bath “Earthy tones, creative tile work and a clean modern style make this bath comfortable for any guest.”
