Toll Brothers at Verde River, a single-level gated neighborhood of luxury homes in Rio Verde, is celebrating its grand opening on Saturday, Jan. 20. The grand opening is slated to take place all day, with refreshments and entertainment as well as a private tour of the clubhouse at 12:30 p.m.
The luxurious new neighborhood is comprised of 35 single-family homes on 20,000-sq.-ft. home sites. Four different floor plans are offered with eight architectural designs: Contemporary, Modern, Desert Prairie, Craftsman, Desert Contemporary, Spanish Colonial, Ranch Hacienda, and Monterey.
Good looks isn’t the only thing the community has going for it; activities for the whole family are at a maximum at Toll Brothers at Verde River. Amenities include full access to the Verde River Social Club with a clubhouse, pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and newly landscaped golf course.
