What does it mean to be an innovator to you?
I believe innovators have the conviction and courage to be the black sheep of their industry. Hearing someone say, “Well that’s just the way we’ve always done it” makes their skin crawl. Innovators aren’t scared of face plants and messing up when doing something that’s never been done and they see “playing it safe” as a dangerous game.
