A typical day in my life includes…
well, before quarantine, I had been prepping for a fitness show for an entire year. I would wake up at 5 am, go to the gym to see my trainer, Doug Lang, for weight training. Then I’d work all day, go to the gym again after to do my cardio at night, eat, sleep, repeat.
